Today, Microsoft announced that Technical Preview 3 (TP3) is available for download for both Windows Server 2016 and System Center 2016.  Full details on what’s new in TP3 is defined at, http://blogs.technet.com/b/server-cloud/archive/2015/08/19/what-s-new-in-windows-server-2016-and-system-center-2016-technical-preview-3.aspx.
